We hope your Pawraana piece brings you lasting joy. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you have the right to return your item in accordance with UK consumer law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Each piece is individually handcrafted from recycled cotton using traditional block printing or hand screen printing methods. Subtle variations in colour, print placement, and texture are an inherent part of the process and contribute to the unique character of each item.
These are not considered defects but a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. In such cases, we will cover return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
