Because our products are made using traditional artisan printing methods, small variations in colour, pattern placement and texture may occur. These are not faults - they ae part of what makes every Pawraana piece individual.

Our principal partner is Kannan Animal Welfare, where CEO Molly was rescued following a hit-and-run accident in Delhi. We also support Saviour of Distressed Animals in Delhi, and Help in Suffering Jaipur. We choose organisations we know and trust, allowing us to see how Pawraana's donations help vulnerable animals.
Our textile collection is primarily made using recycled cotton, giving existing fibres a new purpose and reducing the need for newly produced fabric. We choose small artisan suppliers, traditional printing techniques and thoughtfully produced collections rather than mass produced, fast fashion quantities.
Our textile collections are made in India by skilled artisans producers, including makers in Jaipur. Depending on the design, pieces are created using traditional hand block-printing or hand screen-printing techniques. These processes help preservice specialist skills and mean every Pawraana piece has its own individual character.
Care instructions vary between products, so please check the individual product description before washing. As a general guide, use a gentle cool wash or hand wash where recommended and allow item to air dry.
Items held at our UK hub are usually prepared and delivered within 3-5 working days. Pre-order items or pieces coming directly from India may take longer, and the expected timescale will be clearly stated on the product page.
No. Pawraana orders are dispatched from our UK hub unless clearly identified as a pre-order. UK customers will not be unexpected customs or import fees when their parcel arrives.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return your order, at the latest in 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition. Please note you will be liable for the postage back to our UK hub unless the item is faulty.
